The current refund request window after delivery is 21 days.
Review of your request
Each request is reviewed according to the order status, reason and applicable product terms. Approved refund progress may also appear in order tracking.
Wrong or damaged item
For an incorrect or damaged item, you may attach a photo or video to your request.
